COMAS has licensed and established test center with the main functions as following:

– Conducting testing, authorizing testing result, consulting to improvement specialized in the postal, telecom and informatics

– Conducting the measurements in monitoring the quantity of postal services and telecom in accordance with regulars of the Ministry of Information and Communications, Directorate of Information and Telecommunication Technology Quality Control

– Implementing projects to optimize and measure the quality of the coverage of mobile networks for both 2G and 3G; radio parameter design; making recommendations to Customers

– Training, improving, and guiding on testing in telecom, post and information technology.
